Westerly is located in the village of Arisaig on the A830 Fort William to Mallaig “Road to the Isles”. Westerly will be our second holiday let property the first being The Sail Loft which has been very well received with good reviews. Westerly is currently under construction, started December 2019. However due to the current situation the house will not be ready until November 2020. The House will be to a high specification with large rooms and plenty of natural light. Oak finish throughout with all bedrooms en-suite. Westerly is a Detached Storey and a Half bright and airy 4 bedroom house within its own grounds adjacent to the owners family holiday home Boreray and is within the beautiful village of Arisaig. The house is in an elevated position commanding views over Arisaig Bay, Loch Nan Ceall and its skerries as well as the islands of Eigg and Muck. Located - 200 meters from Arisaig Hotel, 300 meters from the local shop, Cafe Rhu, The Old Library Restaurant and Arisaig Marine which has its own Cafe and gift shop adjacent to the pier. The railway station is 600 meters away. Ideal holiday accommodation for family and friends. Ground Floor:- Entrance to the rear of the house through a covered porch in to a vestibule with plenty hanging for coats and boots. Open plan well-appointed sitting room with views out to sea with the dining area and kitchen to the rear. The Kitchen has an induction hob cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwashing machine. 2 Double bedrooms with a king-sized double beds and built-in wardrobes. Both en-suite with shower, WC, double sinks and one with a bath. First Floor:- A small sitting area on the upstairs balcony with views out to sea. 2 Double bed rooms both with en-suite shower, WC, and wash hand basin. We provide all linen, bedding and towels although you are most welcome to bring your own bedding and pillows if you wish. There is a TV with a DVD player which can be linked to the WiFi to get online TV channels & your own Netflix etc. Electricity is included. Dedicated car parking. We ask that that the house is left in the same condition as it is found. Well-behaved dogs are allowed by arrangement only. Please note they are not allowed on furniture including beds. From Mallaig Take the A830 towards Fort William. Arisaig is 8 miles from Mallaig. By Rail: Arisaig is the most westerly rail station on the British mainland and located on the famous West Highland Line. There is a regular train service from Glasgow & Fort William to Mallaig. Arisaig is 2 stops before Mallaig. The Boat House is 600 meters from the train station. By Sea: Navigate one of the most challenging and rewarding channels on the west coast of Scotland. It is recommended to use suitable pilot books or local knowledge. Moorings are available from Arisaig Marine. Westerly is 200 meters from Arisaig Marine. From April to October the preference is for full week bookings only however we will make every effort to accommodate any request. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4.00pm, or earlier by arrangement, and guests must vacate the accommodation by 10.00am on day of departure. Multiple week bookings will receive a reduction.
From November to March we are happy to take shorter bookings by arrangement, please call or E Mail. If however this does not suit your plans please contact us and we will be pleased to try and accommodate you.

£250 deposit required to secure your booking payable by cheque or BACS. Balance to be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
