Sgiath House is a modern and stylish family home in an outstanding coastal location. One mile from Arisaig village on the scenic coastal road, there are exceptional views from the house, across the sea to the Islands of Eigg, Rum and Skye and the beaches of Back of Keppoch in one direction and back across the Moss to the hills of Morar and beyond in the other. Your Arisaig adventure starts here.
Offering three spacious bedrooms, the house has underfloor heating and an air circulation system that keeps the air fresh at all times.
The old road makes for a pleasant 15-20 minute walk into the village, past the church and primary school and down to the marina and hotel. Sandy beaches and the golf course are 20-25 minute walk in the other direction, so you can give the car a break while you’re here. There are many lovely places to explore in and around Arisaig. For those not bringing a car the railway station is a 20-25 minute walk.
The village has restaurants, bar and cafe, a general store and Post Office, as well Arisaig Marine which offers wildlife watching cruises and trips to the Small Isles. Sea kayaking trips are available through Rockhopper Sea Kayaking or Arisaig Sea Kayak Centre.
