•Water safety - Please know the tidal timetable for the area (purchase a West Word from a local shop) and be very careful if entering the water, Silver Sands - Morar is a very poular beach but has very strong undercurrents. Children should always be accompanied in or near the water by a responsible adult. Alcohol and coastal waters don't mix - they can reduce corodination and impair judgement and reaction times.  (More information can be found on the RNLI/Coastguard page under See and Do)

•Listed below are the public toilets, refuse and recycling locations available in our area.

•Please note we only have weekly bin collections and twice weekly in peak season at some of our beauty spots. Bins fill fast. To assist us with waste management, please consider if you could take items home or perhaps drop off at larger bins or recycling centres located in Fort William. Never leave litter bags at the side of bins that are FULL.

•Chemical waste disposal is ONLY available in designated campsites. Only available to guests booked on site.
