David & Penny Buick welcome you to the Old Library Lodge and Restaurant. We offer well appointed bed and breakfast accommodation and freshly prepared local fayre with a daily changing specials menu. The lodge and restaurant offer spectacular views across a sheltered harbour to the Inner Hebridean Islands of Rhum and Eigg.
We are situated on the waterfront in the picturesque Highland village of Arisaig, six miles from where Local Hero was filmed, and is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the famous Road To The Isles. With the ferry terminal to Skye only 10 minutes away, The Old Library is an ideal place to stay when touring the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Our bed and breakfast accommodation comprises of six tastefully decorated bedrooms with en suite, four of the rooms have patios overlooking the garden. The Old Library Restaurant has a traditional highland setting, with stone white-washed walls, log burner and a welcoming atmosphere situated in the heart of the vibrant village of Arisaig. It's a popular restaurant for locals and tourists alike, booking is highly recommended.
Rooms & Tariffs
Our accommodation comprises of six tastefully decorated bedrooms which are all well appointed and en suite,we have two rooms with sea views, and four of the rooms have patios overlooking our garden. ( Free wifi is available in all rooms)
Bed and breakfast is priced at £60pp per night for double/twin occupancy, and £80 per night for single occupancy from start of October to end of May, thereafter £120.00 per room. Dinner is optional a la carte. Our comfortable Lodge and Restaurant on the Road to the Isles is a relaxing and friendly place to stay and soak up the scenery, and is a handy stopover going to or from Skye etc.
Our cancellation policy is if more than 2 days notice free of charge and if less than 2 days will incur 100% charge.
We accept payment by Card or Cash only. We do not accept cheques.
