We advertise our members businesses through our website and offer visitors a platform in which to find accommodation, local charters, activities and places to enjoy food, drink and culture.
We are a destination marketing organisation steeped in history and are passionate about continuing to support, grow and sustain our rural offerings to all our members and visitors. We aim for our visitors to have a memorable holiday and share their positive experience with others.

Through visiting media. Featured in editorial, travel magazines, blogs and newspaper articles promoting the area.
Through competitions run by our members on social media and at local fundraising activities.
Supporting our members
We hold an annual gathering and AGM offering all members the opportunity to network and meet other business owners.
Regular newsletters and information sharing.
Host and advertise training opportunities for members to attend locally. Areas such as digital marketing, content writing and HIE winter webinars.
Share trends and information from industry experts. Support and aim to answer industry questions.
Measure how we are performing as a tourism destination.
Data analysis and measurement is continuously monitored by our committee. It's imperative that we adapt to changes and trends and reach our potential customers.
Represent our members and local community.
We work in collaboration with Community Councils, Calmac, Highland Council, Transport Scotland and the Scottish Government and lobby on behalf of our members on areas such as planning, ferry sailings, transport links and COVID-19 recovery. We engage and inform our members and express their views to local MSP's and agencies.
