The cottage has a comfortable sitting-room with open fire and back-boiler, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with adjacent dining room, a conservatory and a utility room and toilet on the ground floor.
There are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Central heating is by solid fuel boiler and electric storage/convector heaters and hot water comes from the back boiler supplemented with an immersion heater.
The house has a washing machine/drier, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave, television with video and DVD and radio cassette/cd player.
All linen is provided and a cot and high chair can be provided if required. There is space for parking.

Pets are allowed in their own beds if notified when booking but must be under control at all times because the cottage is surrounded by farm land and animals.

The cottage is No Smoking.

All inclusive prices per week:
From £350 to £650 (apart from Easter, Christmas and Hogmanay)
Easter, Christmas and Hogmanay lets by agreement.
