Cruises to Isle of Skye from fishing port of Mallaig (3 miles) Arisaig (5 miles) daily cruises to Eigg, Rum & Muck. By car to Fort William (1 hour), Inverness (2 hours). Glenfinnan & Prince Charlie's monument (45 minutes), car ferry to Skye (3 miles).

Places of interest: Cruises to isle of Skye from fishing port of Mallaig (43 miles) by car to Fort William (12 miles), Inverness (75 miles), Glenfinnan & Prince Charlie's monument (5 miles). Woollen mills, museum, distillery and good shopping nearby. Walking, climbing, ski-ing, golf, riding and loch cruises. Shop/post office 7 miles, pub 5 miles, railway station 1/2 mile. Sorry it is not practical for advance ordering of groceries.

Directions:
Follow the A82 for 2 miles north of Fort William turning left on to the A830. Follow the signs for Mallaig etc, continue through Corpach for another 7 miles and look out for the signs to Altdarroch on the left hand side of the road, turn right, follow the road to the farmhouse (or if staying at the lodge, follow the road to the top and round the back of the farmhouse and then follow the signs to the lodge). The key will be in the door with your name on the door.All Properties:
Deposit of £100 required when booking. UK cheque or postal order please. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Tenancy commences from 4pm Saturdays and terminates 10am Saturday of departure. If possible please leave the property clean and tidy or an extra charge will be levied.Travel:
Twice daily rail connections from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh (augmented during the summer months by steam train from Fort William). By road from Fort William, it is 12 miles to Altdarroch and 37 miles to Morar.
