The Inn is situated at the junction of the A830 "Road to the Isles" and the A861, giving easy access to a huge area of Argyll and Inverness-shire. There is much to do here: for example visit Ardnamurchan, westernmost point in the UK, or take the ferries from Mallaig to Skye or the Small Isles. A wide variety of water-based activities is available: cruise on Loch Shiel and see the eagles, take part in a whale-watch from Arisaig, fish in the lochs, cruise around the Isles, all are within easy reach. There are many hill walks to suit all levels of fitness and in Traigh we have what has been described as "the best-sited 9-hole golf course in the world"
We are a small, family run hotel, with 11 en-suite twin and double rooms (single occupancy available). Whatever your activity during the day, you can return to a very warm welcome in the bar, to be followed by a varied and local-produce based menu, with a wine list to suit all tastes. We are open all year round and offer a variety of special rate breaks outside high season.
